History

IMC Property Management, Inc., founded by Yoram Izhak and Eric Maller, was incorporated during 2002, and is headquartered in North Miami, Florida. The Company, which started with only one employee, has grown to be what is today a full service commercial real estate company, with now 50 full-time employees.

With now a decade in the industry, IMC has developed long-term partnerships with investors, lenders, brokers, sellers, tenants, contractors, and service providers, always with the utmost respect business-like manner.

Its principal, Yoram Izhak, has a strong background in commercial real estate, noted by a well- diversified portfolio of commercial properties valued at over $400MM, surpassing 5 million of rentable square feet. Before investing in real estate, Yoram Izhak, was involved in apparel retail/manufacturing business through his company Five Y Clothing, with sales exceeding $100MM annually. Yoram sold his apparel company a few years ago; however, since then, he has remained as a consultant to the current ownership, which primarily sells to Sears, K-Mart, Target, and Wal-Mart.

With an infrastructure of a large corporation, our operation is run like a family business. Our company counts with in-house attorneys, paralegals, certified public accountants, financial advisors, leasing brokers, and property managing personnel. We also have a vast number of service companies and professionals (architect, engineers, general contractors, environmental companies, etc.), which we outsource to assist us during acquisition and also ongoing operations of the properties.
